The Netherlands National Committee’s main activities are to contribute to the WPC Energy’s international congresses. The Committee undertakes a programme of activities in support of the Netherlands representation at those Congresses. This includes:

• Representation and visibility of Dutch energy interests at the international Congresses in sessions, roundtables etc
• Identification of themes, paper authors and chairpersons for the various Congress sessions
• Staging of workshops and symposia in the Netherlands on themes of interest to the Dutch energy industry
• Supporting the WPC Energy Young Professionals at the congresses and in the Netherlands.

The Netherlands Committee seeks to work closely with other WPC Energy National Committees, organisations, institutes and associations in an open, collaborative and transparent way. Committee members may represent any energy field and may typically come from companies, academia, government, professional institutes, associations or agencies.
